S. Tinis Cydigitalnet Advertising Ltd, operating Cloud CYDN, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy (e.g. your account details and marketing inquiry submissions) and a data processor for the business data you store inside your workspace on behalf of your own customers.
2. What We Collect
Account data: name, email, company, telephone number, and billing details when you sign up. Usage data: log-in timestamps, device/browser information and general usage patterns, used to keep the service secure and to improve it. Content you submit: business records you enter into your workspace (customers, invoices, products, and similar), and information submitted via our contact/trial-request forms.
3. How We Use It
To provide and maintain the service, to respond to support and sales inquiries, to send service-related communications (e.g. billing notices, security alerts), and, where you have agreed, to send product updates or marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal Basis (EU/UK GDPR)
We process your data under one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (service security, improvement, and direct marketing to existing customers), consent (where you opt in to marketing), and legal obligation (e.g. tax/accounting records).
5. Data Sharing
We share data with subprocessors strictly necessary to run the service (e.g. hosting and email delivery providers), each bound by data-processing agreements. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
Account and workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active. Following account closure, we retain data for a limited period to allow export/recovery, after which it is deleted, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, tenant data isolation) to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our infrastructure is hosted within the EU. If any subprocessor is located outside the EU/EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) is in place.
